Ultimate Gluten-Free Chocolate Chip Cookies

The ultimate gluten-free chocolate chip cookies! Crispy on the edges, soft and goey on the inside - you'll crave these every night!

Ingredients 

  • 135g Loanii’s flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1.5 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 stick butter, softened
  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/3 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1.5 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 large eggs
  • 1.5 cups roughly chopped chocolate

Directions

  • Using an electric mix, whip the softened butter, vanilla, and sugars together.
  • Add the egg and mix well.
  • Add the flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt until fully combined
  • Stir in the chopped chocolate
  • Cover and rest the batter in the fridge for 30 minutes or up to overnight.
  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  • Using an ice cream scoop, roll out your dough into balls and evenly space them out on a lined cookie sheet.
  • Bakefor 9-11 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Let sit for 2 minutes before transferring over to a wire rack to completely cool. Optional: sprinkle sea salt on top.
