GREAT gluten free and vegan all-purpose flour!
Finding a good, healthy all-purpose flour that is gluten free can be tough. Baking with gluten free flours is tricky, finding one that works well for your favorite recipe that not only makes a great final product but one that tastes good too! Wonderful Alternative Flour
I bought this and absolutely loved it. Works just like regular flour, but tastes great! Used it to flour fish and bake cookies and make pancakes. My favorite part other than its healthy is how it works just like regular flour, other alternatives flours just don't have the same texture and flavor like this one. FANTASTIC PRODUCT
Can I just say that I made the BEST chocolate chip cookies with this flour?! When I made a batch of these and told my friends what the ingredients in the flour were they were baffled! We literally could not tell the difference between these and a cookie made with regular flour. This product is such a huge win! I can’t say enough good things about this flour! How it bakes, how it tastes and on top of that, it’s good for you!!! And added protein!! For someone who doesn’t have enough protein in their diet, it feels good that this flour has so many nutrients and that extra source of protein. It also cooks so well, making waffles super fluffy. Best Alternative Flour on the market!
Loanni is hands down the best flour alternative on the market. I was previously a habitual almond flour user- but found myself constantly compromising on texture and taste. Since using Loanni I no longer have to!! It is so versatile which makes it such a great investment- I have used this flour to make breaded chicken cutlets, blueberry muffins, & chocolate Nutella brownies.
